Don't Call Me Insane I pace vigorously back and forth across the width of my concrete chamber. I step past my metal cot that's shoved into the corner of the small space that is my solitary confinement cell. Rusty chains hang from the wall that the attendants use to keep me still when I misbehave. There are metal pipes arranged across the ceiling in even lines above me and the stone floor below is freezing cold against my feet, making them tingle with numbness from the chill. There are no windows in my dark prison. Only the single light bulb that swings from its electrical wire allows me to see in its minimal golden light. It only gives off a dull shine, though,

I raised her from a caterpillar to a moth!

She is a Hyalophora Cecropia (AKA Silk Moth), and I released her into the wild at the end of may (3 days after she emerged from her cocoon).

Yeah, silk moths are VERY big. People don't usually see them, because they are nocturnal creatures. This was one of the few pictures that I got of her, because the sunlight bothered her. (I released her in a nice and shady area.)
